Republic Act No. 9646, Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines(略RESA)が、2009年に施行。 免許有の業者の違反の罰金は10万ペソか2年以上禁固を科されることになるか両方。無免許の業者は、2倍となりまーす。 ご注意下さい！！！
